Chief Executive Officer
The Chief Executive Officer provides overall leadership and strategic direction for War Child Alliance Foundation, ensuring we deliver on our mission and maximise our impact for children affected by conflict. They lead the organisation, work closely with the Supervisory Council and War Child Fundraising Members, and help strengthen collaboration, accountability and alignment across the War Child Alliance.
Laura Miller
Laura has been with War Child since 2007. Prior to becoming CEO, she served as Director of Programme Quality and Scaling and has held a range of roles across Afghanistan, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Palestine, Jordan and the Netherlands.
International Management Team

The International Management Team (IMT) develops and implements the War Child Alliance Foundation’s annual plan, develops and implements management, and risk management, systems aimed at achieving equitable responsibility, subsidiarity, and transparency. The IMT also has the mandate to ensure careful management of financial and other resources, and a safe, respectful, diverse, inclusive, and equitable working environment.
Supervisory Council

The Supervisory Council provides strategic oversight and guidance to the IMT and supervises the general course of affairs, as well as all duties set out in the Articles of Association of War Child Alliance.
All members of our Supervisory Council work on a voluntary basis and lend us significant expertise and experience.
Our Supervisory Council is governed in accordance with the Supervisory Board Rules.
